Join Zirtual as a Virtual Assistant – Flexible, Remote Administrative Role
Zirtual is seeking detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistants to provide high-level administrative support to executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals. This remote role offers the opportunity to work independently with clients, manage a variety of tasks, and grow within a supportive virtual team environment.
What You'll Do:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

Handle email inboxes and business correspondence

Conduct research and compile reports

Support project management and task coordination

Assist with expense reporting, data entry, and documentation

Maintain proactive communication with clients and team leads
Essential Qualifications:
-
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives

4+ years of administrative experience
-
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and task management tools (Trello, Asana)

Experience with CRMs, expense tools, social media platforms, and AI tools is a plus

Strong written/verbal communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Reliable internet, computer, and availability during business hours (PST/EST)
Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly earnings between $1,500 – $3,800+, based on client plans and utilization

1099 independent contractor role with potential for increased revenue split after 6 months

Fully remote, flexible work from home
