Remote ETL Tester – C2C Contract (Texas-Based)

We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester to join our team on a C2C remote contract based in Texas. This role requires 5–8 years of hands-on ETL testing experience and a passion for ensuring data integrity, quality, and reliability across complex data systems.

What You’ll Do:

•  Perform end-to-end ETL testing – Validate data transformation, migration, and loading processes

•  Write and execute advanced SQL queries – Backend validation, troubleshooting, and data consistency checks

•  Test multiple data formats – Delimited, fixed-width, JSON, XML, etc.

•  Design and execute test cases – Support regression, integration, system, and interface testing

•  Conduct UI, API, and web services testing – Validate batch jobs, APIs, and data interfaces

•  Perform root-cause analysis – Track defects and ensure timely resolution

•  Support data conversion testing – Claims, provider, member, eligibility, financial, and reporting domains

•  Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to uphold quality and compliance

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of professional ETL testing experience

• Strong expertise in SQL, data warehousing, and backend validation

• Hands-on experience with varied data formats and ETL tools

• Knowledge of healthcare data domains (claims, membership, provider data) is a plus

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This is a C2C contract role open to remote candidates located in or able to work within Texas time zones.
