The Charities Aid Foundation is seeking a compassionate and organized Personal Assistant to support our mission-driven work with orphanage homes and underserved communities. This is a remote position ideal for someone who values purpose, flexibility, and making a difference.

About the Role:

As a Personal Assistant, you will help manage daily schedules, coordinate communications, and assist with administrative tasks as our team expands and establishes a new office. You will work closely with our leadership during a period of growth, enabling us to focus more time and energy on charitable programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination

• Handle email correspondence and day-to-day communication

• Assist with planning and administrative tasks for charitable projects

• Support team organization and document management

• Help prepare materials for donor and partner outreach

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience in administrative support or personal assistance (preferred)

• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely

• Passion for nonprofit work and community support

• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
