Qualification Path

No prior professional experience is necessary to apply for this role; however, successful candidates will need to fulfill the basic requirements and complete a standard assessment process. This is a long-term, part-time project, and your work will be subject to our regular quality assurance checks throughout the duration of the agreement.

Basic Requirements

- Full professional proficiency in Odia and English. - Residency in the United States for at least the last two consecutive years, with familiarity in current and historical business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural matters in the U.S. - Ability to adhere to guidelines and conduct online research using search engines, online maps, and various websites. - Willingness to work on a variety of tasks, including maps, news, audio tasks, and relevance assessments. - Daily access to a reliable broadband internet connection, a computer, and relevant software.

Assessment

To join our program, applicants must complete an open-book qualification exam to assess their suitability for the position, along with an ID verification process.
