Benson & Bingham Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking an experienced, articulate, and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team in a New Client Liaison role. This position offers a unique opportunity to support clients from their first point of contact while working within a respected and growing personal injury practice.

About the Role:
As a New Client Liaison, you will be the welcoming voice for clients beginning their legal journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, and compassionate support during a critical time.

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in Personal Injury claims (preferred)

• Excellent clerical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

• Dedication to exceptional client service and legal excellence
